History Of The Company

 LT Bookkeeping Services is an S-Corporation that started in July 2011, in Orange County, CA. In 2014.  We have moved the company up to the state of Washington, near Tacoma.

 LT Bookkeeping specializes in working with small businesses, those with fewer than 20 employees. Our company's motto is, “Your Books Are Your Greatest Asset,” because for any business, this is true. In order to run your business, you need to see the full financial picture and we can help you to do this. Loyalty has been a big part of the LT Bookkeeping Family. We have been very fortunate to have worked with most of our clients since the inception of the company; some for even longer. Our family has grown since the move, to include small businesses in Washington as well as Texas. It is a pleasure working with all of our clients, new and old.

 This loyalty also extends to our employees. When the company first started, there were two of us. Since then our ranks have shrunk and grown. Now, our LT Bookkeeping Family has a great set of people ensuring that our clients have their needs met.

 Our team includes: 

• Victoria Dotson: the owner of LT Bookkeeping Services whom has been doing bookkeeping for over 20 years. She is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and has recently become a tax preparer.
• Johanna Mills: Victoria’s right hand gal. Johanna has been doing bookkeeping, on and off, for 15 years. She is a payroll specialist and keeps Victoria on track. Johanna is knowledgeable in QuickBooks and our clients love working with her.
• Courtney Mills:  Johanna’s daughter, is a wiz with the designing and the managing of our new website. She is the creative arm of our little family and we are grateful to have her as a part of it.
• Nancy Sable: has been in our family off and on since the beginning. Now that she is retired, she works part time as our data entry bookkeeper, but spends most of her time helping with her adorable grandson.
